Our process for guiding organizations through the change process includes the following steps:

Organizational Assessment

A process to identify internal change champions who can create a critical mass of support in the organization. A variety of tools are used in this process including opinion surveys, internal focus groups and assessment models developed specifically to measure cultural adaptability. This analysis stage is critical to determining the readiness of the organization to change. The information gathered is used to develop communication and enrollment strategies that ensure buy-in and cooperation, not resistance, from employees.

Tactical Communications

The facilitation of effective communications as a critical part of the change process. We help in identifying key messages and developing tactical plans to deliver those messages accurately to the affected groups, ensuring that rumors and misunderstandings are not driving the emotional and rational state of the organization. Communication feedback loops and other tools are used to monitor the effectiveness of the communications plan during the transition.

Transition Management

Change creates change and for every new change people are thrust into transition. We understand the transition process and how to successfully manage the loss, the transition and ultimately, the change itself.

Action & Empowerment

Helping employees to be empowered with the authority, the tools and the support to achieve their new objectives. During and post implementation, we monitor progress and identify areas requiring additional coaching, training, and development to sustain change.
