Helping leaders lead more effectively, Phil has grown Moore & Associates from its original roots in senior executive coaching and outplacement into a full service consulting firm specializing in executive retreats, change management, and organizational transformation. This expansion occurred primarily through referrals garnered from his executive coaching clientele. A publisher author and an acknowledged changemaster, Phil created his methodologies using his TeddySharkTM signature linking leadership, organization, and career development. His instruments and software are interdependent parts of a holistic process that guarantee successful implementation of organizational change initiatives. Possessing a blend of Fortune 10 business experience and a deep understanding of human consciousness, Phil spent the first two decades of his career in executive leadership positions with IBM and GE. He was an investment banker for five subsequent years, specializing in capital formation in the high-tech, medical electronics, and entertainment industries. His knowledge base comes from a passion to find purpose and meaning in life and work. His mid-career “inward turning” occurred over 20 years ago and led to an intense study of some of the most conscious individuals in recorded history. The major influences most reflected in his methodologies are: Socrates, Plato, Jesus, Rumi, Kabir, Milarepa, Hafiz, William Blake, Rilke, Sawan Singh Ji, Jung, Evelyn Underhill, Eckhart, Joseph Campbell, and Helen Luke. An outstanding coach and leader, Phil is first and foremost, a true teacher. |

Michelle has been with Moore & Associates for more than a decade and held positions as Controller and Managing Director of Corporate Outplacement before she was appointed President & COO in 1996. In her role, she has P&L responsibility and manages the firm’s unique organizational consulting practice linking leadership, organization and career development. Prior to joining Moore & Associates she was a Certified Public Accountant in the audit division of Deloitte & Touche. She has been interviewed by the media and has authored numerous articles in leading publications including The News Hour with Jim Leher, Washington CEO, National Business Employment Weekly, and Puget Sound Business Journal, among others. She has received certification and is an accomplished facilitator in the following: William Bridges & Associates’ Leading Organizational Transition; The Birkman Method; and Management Research Group’s Strategic Leadership Development. Michelle’s passion revolves around collaborating with business leaders to create systemic and strategic change and development using the firm’s proven methodologies. In her work, she guarantees delivery of progressive and sustainable results in the fields of change management and organizational transformation. She is frequently called upon to work closely with senior executives in the areas of leadership development, workplace change and personalized coaching. |
